support image_window_none option to use full size image with no window #47

I would also like their to be a file designation between full Healpix sets and postage stamp sets (so one doesn't overwrite the other).

I hear you @nicholebarry. I think the right thing to do is to use the full image size to set the delta_uv_lambda parameter and then that goes into the file names. Unfortunately, that calculation is currently downsteam of the file name creation, so I'd need to figure that out. But would that approach work for you?
