ra/dec DFT compatibility #6

The ra/dec DFT is ps_kcube relies on such things like nside, pixels, pix_coords, etc. These things are only calculated in previous if-statements, and if those statements aren't TRUE, these things never get calculated.

I'll try to make a fix temporarily, but Bryna should double check it when she gets back.

Should be fixed in latest commit.
