noise vs noise_meas #90

In kpower_2d_plots, noise is supposed to noise_meas. Just a reminder.

The variable is actually saved as noise in the restored save file, hence why it does not error during normal eppsilon use. However, the pass-in variable is named noise_meas, so CHIPS fails when kpower_2d_plots is used as a standalone script.

noise_meas is more descriptive, so probably should be used going forward. That means we'll need to rename the saved variable.
