There is a new behaviour now which gets the release notes for each release, extracts the PRs from the notes and then gathers the issues linked to those PRs. This information is used to post a comment on each issues linked to the release, so people following those issues get an automatic notification of the code being released.
This new feature can be enabled or disabled by the notify-linked-issues flag. Default value is true.
Dependabot will resolve any conflicts with this PR as long as you don't alter it yourself. You can also trigger a rebase manually by commenting @dependabot rebase.
