The purpose of this pull request is to add a new metric which is the Speech Intelligibility Test by Ansi. At the moment, a few tests are missing and should be added before considering the branch as ready to be reviewed.

Tasks to do:

[ ] Update test with input from the norm
[ ] Adding checks on input given (type, size)
[ ] Adding comments / try to optimize the computation method

The speech intelligibility index has been added through another PR
