[NF] LamSlotMagNS for uneven North/South #657

Hello all,

This PR introduces the possibility to define uneven North/South pole on a SIPMSM (same principal as LamHoleNS for IPMSM): image image

A new absctract class "LamSlotM" was created to gather LamSlotMag and LamSlotMagNS.
