I've started to implement the subdomain modelling (SDM) technique in my branch that I developed during my thesis to calculate airgap flux density and other electromagnetic quantities in electrical machines.
For the moment the only SDM available is for surface PMSM assuming infinite permeability of rotor and stator yokes, however I've designed the architecture to be adaptable and scalable to many other topologies.
The PR is not ready to be merged, I still have some cleanings to do.
