IDN URLs after application restart

There is a error associated with Issue #173:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set URL to http://минобрнауки.рф
2. Make any request
3. Close application
4. Open application again
5. Look at URL field

What is the expected output?
http://минобрнауки.рф

What do you see instead?
http://–Љ–Є–љ–Њ–±—А–љ–∞—Г–Ї–Є.—А—Д

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2, OSX 10.8.4
