Willing to help.

but once the user loads a notebook the page is no longer dark. I will add a screenshot later once ai can access my personal account, not my work one.

the couple of sites that have custom styling versus the general dark theme rules have been borrowed from stylish/userstyles.org (like on Github). I could add onenote as a custom url but I don't want this plugin to try to become Stylish with one off styles for every site that doesn't work 100%. You know what I mean?

I could investing users loading their own styles for a given url for sites they frequent (which is why I included a github style). Still, I don't know that I want to host a repo of themes or try to "take on" Stylish.
