Date picker year list goes off the top of the screen

Reproduction: register as an applicant, add a language exam and open its date picker. Observe the year/month dropdowns rendering incorrectly.

In Safari:

In Chrome: Opening the button scrolls the page behind the date picker modal every time.

Looks like there is a workaround published here: https://github.com/Dogfalo/materialize/issues/6388

I don't think that's a priority, our materialize package is outdated (I plan to update it but that's harder than expected) which will probably solve the issue. Otherwise, we can use the default html date picker
