Clarifications in the hopes of fewer basic help questions, especially around scriptfixerupper.

README edits
- Added scriptfixerupper section
- Further clarified desktop sections
- Added more attention-grabbing links to the support instructions...
Added the script name to the scriptfixerupper popup
Changed scriptfixerupper to run before the game loads
Changed desktop script manager to list scriptfixerupper separately from regular scripts
