Auto Dungeon update fixes #398

Fixes potential conflicts with the new Dungeon Guides mechanic and makes Auto Dungeon's slow stop feature more consistent. With #397 this should make autoclicker work with the new update.

Edit: Plus an AVS fix for the optimize vitamins button.
