Rule #1 GGE form Absence ages #30

The rule for absence seizures in the GGE form looks incorrect. It is currently [absence_age_last] < [absence_age_onset]

And the same for myoclonic seizures in GGE form. I will check all seizure types

This has been addressed in all forms now. We interpret the missing value as ongoing.

Reasoning: We might add a field for "ongoing" but unless we make the field mandatory, a missing value is just as good as no entry in the age of last occurrence. I would rather not overly annoy people doing the data entry with messages.
