Typo in "Date of last data collection" - both EE and GGE forms #66

Please change "Most recent data that information was collected that has been used to complete the form. Use 01 (Jan) as month or 01 as day if said information is missing." to "Most recent date that information was collected...."

But we need to handle the missing dates and that’s at least the POSIX way of dealing with it.

Sorry I just meant to change “data’ to “date” not remove the last bit of the sentence
