EE form: local identifier #71

Remove local identifier field

The local identifier is back in after discussions with Felecia and Tony from last week - or am I missing something?

You are probably correct. I thought the local identifier was just being used in the Epi25 ID – is it necessary to record it in a separate field as well? I really don’t mind, the only reason I asked it to be removed was because I think the EE form had a local identifier field and the GGE form didn’t.
