adding missing text validation type 'number' to regression age field #79

no wonderworld. REDCap gave me error with that field being blank

Regression (in EE form) has number validation. Please reopen if issue for the forms

On master, the field regression_age has validation integer :heavy_check_mark: On develop, the field is empty and import of the instrument fails with 

A field validation type is required in order to have a minimum or maximum validation value. The following cells are missing a validation type: I128

I do not have permissions to reopen an MR :(
