Replace repo content with latest version of Kiln #7
The existing EFES repo contains experimental work from early 2015, and is both 22 commits behind the Kiln master, and incompatible with Jamie's latest work on EFES. This content needs to be entirely overwritten with the latest version of Kiln (/EFES) and development to take place in this location going forward.
