List "stakeholders" and put PY in contact

Create a list of stakeholders, especially those from non-Greco-Roman epigraphic traditions, and put PY in contact to start drawing up longer list of desiderata.

Suggested approach to interviewing/interrogating stakeholders:

• Show them IOSPE inscriptions and indices, and ask what fundamental differences they would need for their corpora. (NB: any field or feature can be turned off; what new features would need to be turned on for their domain?)
• Ask to look at some inscription and index examples from their project, and discuss the differences with "London EpiDoc"
• Explain the envisaged customization mechanism for EFES, and ask if they foresee any problems with that, or have any questions
• Ask what non-epigraphic (non-text or non-TEI) materials or projects they would like their data to interface with (e.g. prosopography, geography, imagery, material culture, bibliography, vocabularies, encyclopedias, ecc ecc, but let them come up with these); if they can be concrete, all the better (Pelagios, SNAP, Wikipedia, EAGLE, Getty, ecc)
• What parts of they project do they want users to be able to download, take away, work with?
• ...

I think we're at a point when any new conversations with stakeholders about EpiDoc desiderata would be impractical. Let's close this ticket now, incomplete as its outcomes may be.
