Ability to specify age ranges in workflow #10

I would like to see if we can specify an arbitrary range of ages instead of using the default 15 to 65 in the ARTnet data. What would be needed would be a truncation of the data at all steps, and then a specification of cut points for age groups used in the network stats.

[x] Change current smoothing parameter to be more general. Off by default
[x] Add default age limit and categories
[x] Specify age limits and age categories at same step

Smoothing parameter changed to: smooth.main.dur.old. Set FALSE as a default. Also only kicks in if there are three or more age categories.

Default age range and categories added instead of NULL values, as well as need for specification of the two parameters at the same time step.
