Update NetParams and NetStats

Following update of EpiStats, update NetParams and NetStats to take advantage of EpiStats changes from #5. Specifically:

[x] NetParams: EpiStats is passed to NetParams, inheriting some variables.
1. Geog: need to pass geography type to NetParams; replace city with this.
2. If race flag is TRUE, run race based glms.
[x] NetStats: Similar to NetParams, NetStats pulls in geographic variable from EpiStats.
1. Asmr: if race flag is NULL, race-averaged mortality rates (48-68).
2. Attr_race: if flag is NULL, do not run.
3. As above if race flag is NULL do not run: race based factors and matching in each network model.
