Current version just subsets index patients who test positive on current time step

Workflow allows for flexible lookback period. Currently set to 0.

We decided to pursue this currently, right (why we removed the future label)? If so, updates?

This was left open in case we wanted to revisit in regards to actually using the timing window (currently set to 0). Can certainly close for now.
