@AdrienLeGuillou : I think this is effectively done (there may be some lingering ones here and there, but that's ok for now as EpiModelHIV is different from EpiModel). Ok to close?

Yes, quit a lot of cases depends on https://github.com/statnet/EpiModel/issues/491 to be implemented correctly. I think it's better to leave them as is for now
