ptype.lookup param seems unnecessary #35

It seems like ptype.lookup restriction is unnecessary if the partner.ident.XXX are 0. Clarify purpose here.

ptype.lookup was set to control which type of partnerships were of interest to health workers eliciting partners of index HIV+. If you look at the plot for ptype.lookup main and casual partners are driving these numbers, so if these types of relationships are always going to be sought it could possibly be dropped.

But isn't ptype.lookup = 2 (if we only wanted to model partner notification for casual partners) redundant with: { part.ident.main.prob = 0 part.ident.casl.prob > 0 part.ident.off.prob = 0 }

@smjenness I see. Yes that makes sense. So ptype.lookup can be removed as we can just control which relationships to lookup through identification probabilities (or even the lookback window).
