fixes #36 adding timming to each folder

@smjenness the checks are failing at:

Rscript model.R "options(error = function() q('no', 1, FALSE))" >& /dev/null```

In the 2018-08-ObservedNetworkData/ model. It is probably an issue with the model.

@sjlva : thanks for the contribution! I am also seeing that error. I need to make an update to EpiModel itself to address, so I'll merge in your contribution when the next version of EpiModel gets on CRAN.
