Add automation to build the release binaries and tar files

Description

• Add sh files to automate the release process
• The sh executable will generate a tar or zip with the following dependencies:
  • README.MD
  • foundation.json
  • The binary itself

Also improve the editorconfig

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested on each system, Linux, macOS, windows (semi-automatic)
