Add more telemetry to admin interface #9

It might be worth it to track I/O measurements, such as number of connections per host/port + service and network throughput.

Throughput might be too much to chew; for now, I'll look into adding number of connections per second minute for HTTP.

With the addition of c0b0252, I'm satisfied with the current state of the admin interface for now.
