GC discs cannot be loaded unless a DM-compatible drive is inserted #7

When no USB device is plugged into the Wii, launching official discs through 
any method (System Menu, GeckoOS, Neogamma, etc.) blackscreens. The wii must be 
shut off by holding the power button.

When a USB device is plugged into port0, but it is not DM-compatible (e.x. an 
NTFS drive) then the Wii blackscreens as above.

When any DM-compatible drive is in port0, regardless of the data on the drive, 
DM will successfully boot the disc.

As a result, if you want any sort of DM functionality, a USB drive must be 
plugged into the Wii whenever you want to play official GC discs.

Woops. Only tested on DM 2.2, though this is the type of issue that would be 
present in every version.
