You should probably mark this as a question or feature request. It's not currently possible. You could write down their relative scales and rotations in a document and then simply copy those values in the editor.

Addon: Send to Unreal Question: In Blender, there are two ways of making copies of the same object, one called Duplicate with the default hotkey Shift-D, and Instancing with the default hotkey Alt-D. If I export two objects with the same dimensions but with different locations and rotations in Blender, they will be imported as two separate assets in Unreal Engine. Is there a way to make Unreal Engine import the two objects as a single asset with different locations and rotations? The same result can be achieved by importing only one object, and placing it twice with different locations and rotations in a scene or blueprint, but the main problem is that the snapping tools in Unreal Engine are not as convenient as the ones in Blender, so it's easier to create an entire scene in Blender, for me at least. If not, is there a way to make Unreal Engine recognize the two assets as the same asset but at different locations and rotations after they are imported? If still not, are there ways that will get me the closest to the result I want? Thank you.

Well I did mark it as a question. Thank you for the answer. May I ask where I should make a feature request? Here or somewhere on the Unreal Engine forums? If I have questions regarding Nanite, should I ask them there too?
I see! When you hit "New Issue" there is the ability to select "Feature Request" here on this project. You can copy this text to a new issue and close this one if you like. Nanite questions are definitely on the Unreal engine projects, not here. However, look through current feature requests to see if someone has already requested it.
