Added collections as folder support for 'send to disk'

Hello,There is a new bug on this version .Let's say I have 3 Rotated Cubes set as Children Of an Empty Object ,After i push the empty obj to unreal ,the 3 cube is not rotated as the same as in blender.(Blender version 3.64,Unreal version 5.21)
