Shield RechargeRate is too fast #33

General Information

Describe the bug: the Recharge Rate doesnt seem to affect the rate the shield recharges after the recharge delay and instead just regens 1 hp per tick.

Environment Versions

Superior Shields: 2.1.2

Other Versions:

Forge: 40.1.73
Minecraft: 1.18.2

Can you upload you config? Is it just recharging like instantly?

Config: superior-shields-common.txt i created a new instance and world to test this, so it should be using the default config. It is recharging almost instantly, yes.

Fixed in a release going out today 2.1.3
