Shield health bar not showing up for Engineer's Shield

General Information

Describe the bug: Immersive Engineering's compat "Engineer's Shield" does not display shield health. Might be due to enchantments?

Other shields work properly.

Expected behavior:

Shield health shows up properly.

The shield ticks power as expected (and stops when it's presumably fully "healed")

Really ood, what other mods do you have that change the hot bar?
