Support for Armor Points ++

Describe your suggestion:

Like title says. Currently, when using this mod with Armor Points ++(https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/armorpoints), whenever the player`s health goes above 20 or the player gets the absorption effect, the overlay from SuperiorShields goes up as if playing vanilla leaving behind a blank space between the armor bar and the SuperiorShield bar.

Describe alternatives you've considered:

Maybe add a config option for the overlay position

I can probably just check if the mod is loaded and ensure I don't move the bar then. Will see what I can do.
