Charging Flux Shields doesn't work right #8

When charging the Flux Shields and Nova Shields with a Energetic Infuser or a Flux Capacitor, they don't charge completely. They just stop charging after a certain amount of energy is inside of them. And when charging a Flux Shield inside Energetic Infuser after it lost some energy, it just stops charging but the Infuser still puts energy inside the Shield. javaw_2019-01-23_17-59-07 javaw_2019-01-23_17-51-28

What I don't understand is that ender io still manages to finish charging them in the wired charger, but everything else just gives up. I'll have another look

Shields that run on RF or Mana also have no tooltip about their charge
