utilsMath script create with only 2 functions: getMax getMin Please, check the functions and the roxygen skeleton to verify it. Also if the name utilsMath is suitable and matches the guidelines.

Dear @epi-gde :) It feels that the current versions of getMin, getMax, getMean, getMedian and their associated tests (test_utilsMath.R) are ready to be merged to the main branch. Could I kindly ask you to have a final look at them before the final merge? Thank you!
