Thank you. What are the bot's Usage commands?

It doesn't have any commands, you just set a twilio phone number and the Discord bot token & webhook info in config.json and it'll work. See the config.sample.json for an explanation of the config.

Edit: (and also set up a Twilio account as described in the README)
