Added the Associations page

Added a new page under the community tab in the navbar.

The page features links to the associations websites.. or their Fabebook page if they do not have a website or any showcase page.

More features:

• Updated the navbar to add the page in a dropdown.
• Updated the tiles to feature an optional icon in their top right corner.
