Drop down language menu in the midwife request form. Select and load from

relatively painless to implement this I would have thought.

do we get mother's native language coming from Cerner in the demographics?

Fred has done some great work which is on the slack to extract the language / URL pairs.

OK this is the problem with putting things in Slack. That information is now gone.
