Change forms to not load in a modal #18

As per @David's suggestion. Will give more screen space and a better UI. Fred and I did this very quickly at the end of yesterday but it looks like I didn't commit it. . . .

Although this will apparently partly break how Fred had envisioned Growl notifications to work.
