Patient location logic #5

Place patient in bed space according to upstream PAS. If user disagrees with PAS then allow user to update the bedspace. Alert user that conflict exists and to check patient location or update PAS.

Also allow user to search for patients via a top search bar and drag them to location.

? have a swap space where patients can be moved out temporarily and put back into a different bed
