Description

This pull request will change the format required for profile pictures. I'm not sure what lead me to the original format of: samfletcher.jpg

For certain names, this format is awful (especially for someone like myself who really struggles with reading concatenated words).

This PR will instead side with the format: sam-flecther.jpg

Which is much cleaner.
