Details

Add some documentation on how the website works internally.

This should be on two levels: 1) The knowledge someone needs to have to add new pages (blogs/people/publications etc.) 2) The knowledge someone needs to have to contribute to design and functionality

Currently thinking of using mkdocs so users can create the documentation themselves locally (as currently the site is being hosted to github pages). This documentation can be hosted on github pages in the future if needs be (though that might not be possible if the repo is set to private in the future)
