Sounds good -- I like the idea of keeping the data images separate. I'm currently in the process of downloading the Farlik 2016 data, and it's enough of a headache that I'd rather not actually provide it as a tool.

Can one use multiple Docker containers in one cwltool invocation, or do we need to combine them ourselves? (I guess it'd be OK to distribute, eg, a Farlik2016 + Screw container, along with an example workflow to use the Farlik data).
