apply styling to all existing pages #51

We've got a 'dev' version of the styling on index.html, similar styling needs to be reflected on:

Page Necessary work
main.html add styling, enhance with charselect.html
charselect.html fold functionality into main.html
charactersheet.html keep existing HTML structure, apply styling
newchar.html apply styling, retain graphics

Deprecate until future updates: account.html, createaccount.html, charsheet.html, dmtools.html

how far are you along? what can i do to help?

Nearly done with the new character page. We should write up a 'view' standards doc so when we start making new pages, we can apply the existing styling.
