I love how there is no description. edits description

• after looking through Heroku page, I didn't see native hosting of PHP
• searched found: "Does Heroku support PHP? [closed]" on stack
• found the buildpack for PHP

i feel this is a good amount of info. a conference should be had before taking further steps in this matter.
