lots of front end stuff from input boxes fitting a bit better on the page to properly displaying and showing notes on the page
on the back end we got newchar.php using
PDO
but not fully taking advantage of the placeholder method because of arrays
also update to jquery 1.11 so we shouldn't get that caution deprecated error in the console anymore
