Release standalone version of AliroEd OS #626

We should have a standalone version of AliroEd OS, besides the one embedded in aliro-imager.exe.

Having it embedded in aliro-imager.exe requires a new build to embed the OS .img. We can have a standalone version that is decoupled from the imager.
