Allow moderators to run :sudo and remove :showlogs

This is currently as a draft for further review particularly because of potential security implications if something is wrong.

Why would moderators need sudo?

So you can run commands that you otherwise couldn't run on other players. Like :userpanel, !notepad, :logs etc.

It allows also to add aliases to running these commands so you don't have to have command bloat.
