Adding door localization #1992

This adds a localization for all doors as objects.

@dreamforceinc can you give me the correct russain localization for the 4 new strings in this commit?

I really do not know how to translate some items, their names in Russian take up a lot of space in the interface. For example - Cinder Garage Door (locked) [27 chars] = Дверь гаража в бетонной стене (запираемая) [42!!! chars]. I'm thinking about it. Now you can remove russian tags, I'll add them later.
