sirene police car #467

The sirene for the police cars is only hearable for the person who turns it on, not for other players... Also it would be cool if the lights of the cop cars would actually generate a bleu red light :p U should check scripts from 'takistan life', they have a similar thing, and they fixed both those issues with a script... not even a new pbo file :)

I am not sure if I want to fix this as it could be quite annoying. I will keep this as an enhancement slated for 1.1.

its quite fun, we use it as admin vehicles :p We only have positive comments on it, and in the end, the server admin or owner can always shoose if he wants to use it or not... keep up the good work :)
