Prevent vegetation hack: https://github.com/R4Z0R49/DayzMod-Private/blob/Development/SQF/dayz_code/Configs/CfgVehicles/antihack_plants.hpp (Test is performed once in ATP loop -- could be done elsewhere--)
prevent kill from explosion spawned by createlocalvehicle test is done in fnc_damageAction, but is actually so-so, could be better.
better logging for admins
